  5. SwitchView's Traffic Management package breaks the myth that you have to be a
  6. traffic engineer to analyze the performance of your PBX. Just connect
  7. SwitchView to your Northern Telecom PBX and it starts collecting and analyzing
  8. all of the hourly Customer, System, and Network statistics produced by the
  9. switch. By setting up threshold conditions in the database, SwitchView notifies
  10. you immediately when the value is exceeded (such as trunks out of services,
  11. long queuing times on your attendants, blockage on your incoming 1-800 lines
  12. etc.). To analyze the effect of change on your trunking, a ``what-if'' screen
  13. is provided which graphically shows the number of trunks and blockage for both
  14. your current traffic and your projection. And of course all of the traditional
  15. traffic study reports are available for analysis as well. Automated Traffic
  16. Management keeps an eye on your PBX after you've closed the doors on it.
